QuickBizCart is an e-commerce platform that enables local businesses to create digital storefronts and receive orders via WhatsApp. We provide the infrastructure for store pages, product listings, and checkout flows. We do not process payments directly — all transactions are arranged between the customer and the store owner.
3. User Accounts and Store Owners
Store owners who list their products on QuickBizCart agree to:
- • Provide accurate and truthful information about their products and business.
- • Honour orders placed by customers through their store.
- • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- • Not list prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit goods.
- • Maintain their own privacy policy and handle customer data responsibly.
4. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer placing orders through QuickBizCart stores, you agree to:
- • Provide accurate contact and shipping information at checkout.
- • Understand that orders are fulfilled by individual store owners, not by QuickBizCart.
- • Resolve order disputes directly with the store owner.
- • Not use the platform for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
- • Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code through the Service.
- • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
The QuickBizCart platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by QuickBizCart and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.
Store owners retain ownership of their product images and descriptions. By uploading content to QuickBizCart, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content as part of your store.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. QuickBizCart does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or fulfilment of orders placed through individual stores.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickBizCart and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
